- Brand new luxury 1 bedrooms, with queen size beds, telephones, washer / dryer, large deck and private entrances.
- One and Two bedroom apartments with various bed sizes (from king, queen and twin).
- When our rates are divided on 30 - day basis, they range lower than most local motels/hotels. Also to show our appreciation for your business, we will pro-rate rent on a daily basis for the last month. Call for pricing and packages.

| All apartments furnish basic cable, utilities, and central air. Phones are included in some apartments. |
Also included are all the bed and bath linens, cookware, dishes, silverware, small and large appliances. |
Requirements included are an application fee of $25.00 for an individual or a one time $40.00 fee for a business. |
A $400.00 deposit will hold an apartment for 15 days and will be applied as your security deposit. |
There are other options of $75.00 non-refundable deposit along with a letter of responsibility for companies wanting several apartments. |
